Having problems with your Acer Aspire 6920 Notebook PC ?

Stuck on updating screen..

\015 My ACER Aspire 6920 has been stuck on the same screen for more than 5 hours now. This is what the screen says : "Configuring Updates stage 3 of 3: 0% completeDo not turn off your computer"All of a sudden the 0% will change to 83% and a few seconds later, a screen will come up saying "shuting down.." The computer will restart, and will go right back to the "Configuring updates" screen.. This has been going on for most of the afternoon.. Also when its on the Configuring updates screen, I am unable to use the mouse pad. (I'm using another computer at the moment)If anyone knows whats going on with my computer, or knows how to fix it, PLEASE let me know!Thanks! :)\015
